Neither, the biggest threat to the American public is the American government. They're both lying to us about what the "game" is all about. Cf.: Message 17641711 The biggest threat to the ordinary American is the criminal class in charge. Especially one that has learned the lesson of the "boiling frog". Notice how the creeping and creepy Bush fascism is just like an intravenous drip. So slowly destroying the American way of life, one liberty and civil right at a time, that the victim hardly notices that there's strychnine and morphine in that drip, not a useful antidote to the pernicious and pervasive criminality of the administrator.
