It's 9 months after 9-11. What makes you think that the Government will open the info box to you right now, BEFORE the terrorism/murderers are no more.... Tell you what....Why don't you do something useful...go work in Jim McDermott's office...or Kerry's....or Jeffors...or any number of "leakers".....at least you would get paid for it...until you are caught....
