I find it hard to believe that they would think we, the shareholders, would believe that line.
To increase the payroll by 88 employees simply for testing what the other 83 emplyess have built, while those who have built sit and wait for the testers to respond, is imo, laughable.

What does "testing their systems" really mean. What systems are they talking about.
Generators? They have been selling these for years.
Fuel cells? What have they been doing for the last years?
Inverters? They are farmed out
Reformers? OK, I'll go with that one
What else is there?
