Testing would be improving reliability. The so called farmed out inverter is in fact being integrated with the control computer system for the fuel cell, the monitoring, the sensing, the adjusting valves for flow. Of course GLE expects to be moving fuel cell product next year. The TEGs are stand alone and are not part of the fuel cell building at all. Reformers exist now but before a product goes out you want the best reformer, one that can handle all the sulphur and other contaminates in propane and natural gas. How often do you plan to change filters for example, what are the filters made of, you have to test the materials, carbon, zinc oxide are two that I know of. They in fact are pioneering this. You burn propane in your barbie , you don't care if it has contaminates, might add some interesting flavours to your meat. Apparently propane varies enormously across North America. American propane is particularly bad.
