After the recent share offering @ 15 cents, my take is that the company is now on the line for 60 million shares outstanding. The folks funding the last debenture offering will have their cash covered by the value of their "sweet" warrants at around 80 cents.

How does a debt free Telepanel get to be worth $50 million? I believe that market cap was reached right after they announced the A&P order and the idea of merging with ERSI.
