I closed all my shorts Friday

I haven't written any new short positions in a week except for NVDA. Actually I have been going long via short PUTs very conservatively; nothing underwater except IBM

Look at SOX it's unchangedl; it's usually the poster child for selloff.

Somehow It looks like mom and pop stocks like MRK are getting haircuts. I would say 8 out of 10 brokers would let their skitterish clients bug out on safe stocks today becuase they really don't know where the bottom is.

It is a capitulaiton of a sort if dollar weakness is really not our #1 problem to the recovery of earnings of large caps stocks.
