I think that the copy is generated by a bot. I used to have this little program that did that with your portfolio tracking. It would graph all your holdings and it would generate a little paragraph about the performance. For example it would say, "WCOM sunk 90% while EBAY zoomed ahead 20% and ACG was up slightly at 3%. JNJ zoomed ahead by 50% and LEN performed spectacularly at 100% gains for the period." I've heard about a program that does this for high school sports scores as well, so the copy writer doesn't have to make up the usually BS about so and so trashing so and so..
