It will, of course, require police and other interested citizen's groups to make sure that the law against campaigning at the ballot box is strictly enforced. The more the merrier, as the vote fabrication that went on in those precincts is made far more difficult by the resulting sunlight. Bring in the media, too, in force. Somehow, though, I doubt-in light of the need to fabricate so MANY votes-that these groups will be anywhere near a polling place. Can you spell "hutzpah"?...
