is there any doubt we are in the "speculative blow-off" stage of the housing bubble.

Trex (they make an engineered alternative 'wood' product) just blew out estimates with revenue up 50% yr-yr. Bed Bath reported a friggin' 13% comp. The homebuilders have been reporting completely over-the-top earnings.

This smells SOOOOO much like semis in 2000 and oil service in 2001.
