The only reason the American left pumps the idea of "participation" is because illiterate idiots can be tricked into voting overwhelmingly for their otherwise unelectable candidates. Smokescreening vote depreciation into a "civil rights" issue fools the lower class blacks, who then are manipulated to "turnout" at 100% or higher. And the most cynical part of it all is that, when the left loses anyway, they shamelessly convince these illiterate blacks that they somehow got their votes spiked instead of counted (sometimes more than once). I can't IMAGINE anything more cynically racist from the Nazi's on their worst day. It is more proof that the American left presents a far more dangerous threat to our way of life than the Islamic terrorists...
