That's very nice of you to offer.
I've taught the same class before. I don't know if i have time to add anything else to my program. I use a four block plan. I use body coding for the alphabet- and we do a lot of blending using body coding. I work off the dolch list to build sight words- we add 10 words a day, and use vocab games to reinforce the words. I use the activities in Words Their Way- including making words, and we use Read Naturally. The children are tested by me with the San Diego quick test, the elementary spelling inventory, the BPST, and a fluency test.

If you have anything fantastic you think would fit with this please PM it to me, I can always make room for something fabulous. I could use more stories that are built from the 220 dolch words. I have a few stories with only those words, from the net, and I've written a few myself, but if you have any more I'd love to have them. I like to control the words so I know they are sight words the children have seen in my class, Have on the word wall, and words they have access to in the dictionaries I have pre-built for them (which contain the Dolch words)
