Yes, but the bill wants the FEDERAL government to pick up the tab. Someone mentioned that they should tag automatic deportation to it but it has no such provision...
Being from Arizona I suppose you are very close to the action.

Hi Elmer, bought CSCO at $12.46 today !

Not sure about covered calls anymore given how low the market has gone, but am writing them on CSCO since the telco market will be slower to return. Don't have cov calls on INTC for awhile now, which hurt when INTC dropped the other week.
