Here is my bet.....

I bet that *tomorrow* we have enough of a rally to bring the VIX down to a minimum of 28.00. When we get in the vicinity of 28.00, that will be when the market turns south and we melt with a nice bullish triangle having been formed on the VIX. I'll take .20 on either side of 28.00 as slop.

Any takers? I'll open this one up for any takers for a dollar bet. *But* the bet is only open if you are willing to post your own short term market views.

BRCM had a fair amount of relative strength today. BRCD did a PnF breakdown at 18. Short both. Think BRCM moved with the semis and I don't think they're done on the down side. Short DELL at 25 and will add to the short at 26. We may move up a bit tomorrow, but I agree the internals looked weak in the afternoon run. We needed that run this afternoon before we could continue down. Should be quite a week. I doubt folks want to show techs in their portfolios at the end on the quarter.
