Tom, my target was $25/6 and it reached it bounced from it, if you are still short, why take the risk? It could break and go anywhere from $18 to $22, depending on how strong the decline in the market is, but I also think that it has a good chance after that, particularly if the $25 or so holds, to go all the way back to that barrier at $34.75/$35. I am actually considering going long QCOM in the next few days.

QCOM has gaps at 18 and 12.
I am pretty sure 18 will fill but think it might be in the Oct repeat Nasacre.
