I looked up the AMEX requirements. There are three standards of entry. It appears that EDIS could enter under standard 3 as soon as they hit and hold 30 cents for a month. Standard 3 doesn't ride on a specific share price, but on a dollar amount in the public float. It appears to me that Earth Search may have a valid shot at AMEX listing fairly soon under standard 3. This would be beneficial in several ways - more publicity, no reverse split, better market makers (AMEX is better regulated than OTC) and a winner from all angles, as I see it. I was originally opposed to the idea of moving up to a bigger exchange as I thought it would require the dreaded reverse split. Apparently it won't, and I am delighted about that. As far as other things, KD emailed me, more stuff is on the way.

Another thought:
Earth Search has been planning a move to a major exchange for some time. I would imagine they would have some good news, perhaps several items, ready to go to coincide with the move toward the AMEX. Let's watch what happens.
