Nikita, I'm not sure I would say a dramatic decline, rather they haven't gone up.

In fact, I've been watching them regularly and the last time they went up was when POG was around $300, in fact, when we spoke last.

I presume the reason that the rates haven't gone up is because there is no particular demand for borrowed gold either to sell short, as you mentioned last time, or because the borrower anticipates a sharp price rise.
