No, Ken, we've been mugged for $350 billion just this year, by both Democrats and Republicans, the military-industrial RepubliCratic lobbyists, if you really want to know ... Not to mention the "misplacing" of $2.3 trillion by the same group, over the past few administrations. And the upcoming $2 trillion in added spending eagerly anticipated. Pretty soon, a trillion here and there adds up ... Dump everyone behind the Beltway, and we could all enjoy our Wheaties with many trillions more in our collective pockets. The gov't doesn't seem to want our help or our safety, they want our money and fealty. The gub'munt can't find an anthrax scientist with both hands and 1,000 agents on the payroll, yet an outsider with the FAS knows damn well who did it. Flight 93 takes down a terrorist airliner when the entire Air Force command can't. It's pretty clear where our money should go: in our own pockets. It's pretty clear who can best defend our neighborhoods against both terrorists and our own government: well-organized and well-armed US citizens.
