I wish I had a nickle for every time I've heard that question in the last two years. -gggg- I tried to explain the difference between WMT and RAD to a friend this way. RAD is a store you go into because its close to your house or work or grocery store. You get your prescription there because you are sick and don't want to go far, you wind up buying something else there because you are waiting so long for the script. You pay six dollars for something you know you can get somewhere else for four. You leave the store disgusted and feeling ripped off. OTOH WMT is a store you will drive 30 minutes to get to, you only want a $12 item, but while you are in there you see thirty other things that you want that are so cheap you can't pass them by. You spend $300 and you leave the store happy.
