Alomex: A 50% drop in the dollar? That makes you quite a dollar bear. No foreign investor outside the US would want to own anything dollar denominated in that case. I have been saying for several years on this thread that we have a problem in the US with our low savings rate -- I never got anywhere trying to convince anybody here that it mattered. But it does.
