And Mr. Johnny Ed is a lifetime steelworker for one of America's once-leading steel firms, who is now retired. Mr. Ed lost more than half the value of his retirement fortunes by his investment in AremisSoft Corporation. Mr. Ed remains trapped in America, and is now considering a return to work.

Yikes! And these guys had the nerve to sue their "detractors"? I guess it proves once again that such lawsuits are akin to waving a big red flag in front of the SEC begging for their attention. Will these companies ever learn?
