RRICH4, I have a small position. There are two other areas that Inamed is involved with that I find interesting:

1. "Breast implants".

2. "Facial rejuvenation". There may be some investor interest eventually moving to Inamed's products. Right now it seems to be "BOTOX", Allergan's (AGN) product, that's getting all the attention.

Not sure I'd call it a value stock though. OTOH, if AGN, BMY, SGP, etc. get mentioned here, then IMDC is worth a mention and consideration.

OT: Cosmetic surgery stuff.

Have sold off most of my long term IMDC @ $86-87 (purchases @~$14 (1/01), ~$24 (5/02), $48 (9/04) $51 (12/04),and $59-60 (4/05)). Will participate in buyout offer from IGN for remaining shares and short-term held shares.

Have started a small buy of competitor MRX. This week started an exploratory position in ELOS.

In an ancillary way, regarding "parts suppliers", I continue to hold a few shares of SYK, SMA.

None of these stocks now is a value stock imo.

Just posting 'cause I'm on the computer looking at these and have nothing better to do late tonight. -g-
