I remember clearly, many many times, him saying that unless there was a national emergency or a recession, there would be a balanced budget. And your missing trifecta headline, is misleading. He didn't say the exceptions were in case of all three, but in case of any one of a wide range of things that could happen that would require spending increases in order for the country to keep moving ahead. Why do you allow yourself to be used by these fascist organizations to where you parrot their idiotic lies for them?
