I'm not a hand-wringer but I believe the implications of another 9/11 type incident - especially a dirty bomb in Manhattan... may well affect the markets for 10+ years... What I think is happening is that this new fear factor is slowly getting priced into the market... This should cause a pretty tight squeeze in the equity markets.
