Why yes he was, and he also oversaw the transfer of our nuclear and missile technology to the communist country of China, in exchange for a few million dollars in campaign donations funneled through various intelligence assets of the commies, like the buddhist temple and al gore. As for the economy of the 1990's, if you believe Clinton had anything to do with it, then I have a few bridges I would like to sell you. There was an information revolution, that Clinton did squander for a few more bucks though, just like he squandered the peace dividend. Sometime, soon, people like you will be laughed at and mocked, just as we mocked those in New Guinea who thought they gained strength from eating people. We will sit around and say, how could anyone have been so dumb to think that Clinton had anyones best interests in mind besides his own?
