jw: Interesting analysis... In the next 6 months what do you think the chances of another terrorist attack are..?? My hunch is we'll have VERY little warning (if any at all)...we know how reliable our intelligence agencies are...there is too much complacency developing and I think folks may still underestimate what Al Qaeda may be able to accomplish. I can't believe we haven't formed 'a Manhatten Project-like effort' to develop a WORLD CLASS counter-terrorism capability. We need to gather our best and brightest from various sectors, give them adequate funding and support and let them work overtime to develop the capabilities we should have had a long time ago. Its hard for me to believe that we spend well over $400 Billion/year on intelligence and defense and yet we still see SO MUCH waste and inefficient spending. Don't take your security for granted.
