Semi, sorry but that's bs. They can track parolees but they can't track expired visa holders? These days it's very simple just go through their credit report and you got them.

Right, then you need to go find them. I'm sure that expired visa people are sitting around on their front porch waiting for the INS to show up. No reason for them to move, or change their name, or any of those other things people do to avoid the authorities. Just go to their credit report, and go on over and pick them up. Simple as that.....

They should hire Blockbuster Video...now they know how to track you down.

Like I said before put the military on the border. Then go after expired visa holders. Trouble is that many government agencies don't share data...
Even the states compare traffic ticket data...but then again, that's only for citizens.
