It is not only DD, but also some Japanese outfits, but it takes quite some time before a fab moves from a well proven systems to a new one, and I presume that with $25 MM in R&D yearly, and Cabot (the old parent companies) knowledge of nano particles technology, CCMP has a good chance of staying ahead. They may lose market share, but the market for CMP is growing faster than the chips market (more wafers require that process between more steps), so really the growth, one it resumes, should not be oo bad despite competitors.
