Name one other person that did the same. Are you for real? Do you actually think that Bob Brinker and only Bob Brinker said to cut down on equities in Q1 of 2000? Even Cramer, the eternal optimist, said to take something off the table. How much was something? Who the heck knows but it was the greater fool theory in operation and lots of people knew it. Others hit it right on the nose in March which was pretty amazing and still others were there at various points too early and too late but still there. You can't possibly be buying Brinker's 'lone voice in the wilderness' stuff can you? That's a marketing gimmick, not the truth. LOL. I'm also guessing <g> that people at ML were also selling regardless of what they said in public.
