Let's look at the future stock price in a different way. Assume that LU can earn 25 cents per quarter, or 1 dollar for the year. Given a p/e of 20, then you'll have the stock trading at 20 dollars per share. Since LU's earnings are essentially based on revenue, gross margins, and operating costs, the question is when will the teleco market turn around, and how fast will it grow. I must believe that LU has cleaned up its internal problems and inefficiencies. So, given they are now "mean and lean", and have the right product mix to offer the market place, I can see LU trading around 20 dollars, or more, with 2 to 3 years.
