You seem to think it's OK to violate the law, look the other way, if it costs you less money. Well, I'm not even sure it does cost us less money. Particularly if you consider what's happened to the economy since 9/11. You think there are no costs in turning the US into a 3rd world war zone? You don't need a long data analysis to know that having Union Workers dig ditches and cut grass, and bust rocks will cost more. I don't think the Companies are going to eat those costs, do you?
