Scott, until you have worked in a Federal Gov't watch dog agency &/or Fed level law enforcement, you will not be able to comprehend how pervasive & mind boggling turf protection is. I've explained the nuances of this problem before Scott........ and I can assure you that until I saw it first hand & had to work in that environment for more than a decade, I would have never imagined how serious this problem really is. I seriously doubt that any meaningful change has happened since 9/11, other than spin & minor cosmetic changes for public consumption. Real change will only occur when they get caught with their pants down (I.E. more serious terrorist attacks) one or more times. BWTHDIK? Ö¿Ö
