Semi, they do it for parollees, they can do it for illegals. Maybe they won't get all but they should try.

Different Group of people all together. Parolee's report on a regular basis, so it is not difficult to keep track of them. There are also many many more Parole Officers, then INS, the inability of the INS to "Keep Track" of the 9/11 Hijackers, even though they were on several lists shows me how well your suggestion would work. The Border Patrol around here is already swamped too. I guess if we put your plan into action, we'll have to hire more INS, Train them, Equip Them, Pay them. Are you willing to pay higher taxes to pay for the Program that you are suggesting???

Something political about it don't you think?...I mean they had to wait until Mohammed Atta got his student visa before someone woke up to the fact it's really out of control.
