Some how I had the impression that the Segway didn't have an engine. But then I didn't look into it closely.

A search for Stirling Engines gave me some history on the topic, but not a real clear picture of how the engine works.

Also ran across a site in South Africa selling Stirling Engine kits. Again not a lot of detail information.

So you have twicked my interest.
