Rob - hope you're right about window dressing but I also give credence to Baird's comment about WCOM's impact.
Hopefully, there is no 'shoe about to drop' from the Elan camp.

For averaging down, I'm sticking with the 2005 Leaps. That's got the leverage I like as I'm in the camp that feels the fair value is in the $30-40 range once things play out. If not, I've lost a small bet on a 20+/1 payoff. Dilution is a major concern but that would be the case with long positions anyway.
