Well, I know the Army sure doesn't want to do it but I'm not quite sure it's under the "domestic use" thing...more like defending the borders against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Heck, we, have all these bases, what's wrong with moving some of them to the border and letting them do some 4 wheeling up and down the border? Jim
