Average? lol...don't think so. Many of those folks were told by their leaders how to vote wrong. They herded on buses and drove them to the polls.

Actually they went out and bought touch screen voting machines. Now the supervisor of elections who designed the original butterfly ballot, Ms. LePorre, wants to place some of the new machines in grocery stores and malls so people can practice. Some local elected officials are even arguing about that. Don't ask me how she managed to keep her job except that shes a democrat...duh
