sandeep,

<<He is too bearish. I am in the world is not coming to an end camp. While SO's posts are horribly bearish. Too pessimistic.>>

Do me a favor and read this post from 2000 and then check the two replies that responded to it.

My record stands for itself. Back then if I told you that WCOM would be under a dollar; CIEN $3.75, JDSU $+2.0, SUNW $5.0, CMRC $.60.......I could write pages. What would you have called me then. You can label me all you want. But I have called things just the way that I have seen them. So despite the bearishness of my posts, I'm sure there are many still holding onto CSCO from $70 that wish they would have read that post from 2000.

SO

sandeep,

No one said the world is coming to an end. StockOperator has an opinion and you have an opinion. In matters of opinion, there can be no dispute. If someone's opinions consistently upset you, you can click on their name and select "ignore" in their profile.

PS: I have a friend who held JDSU from 120 to today. His world didn't come to an end, but his net worth is a hell of a lot smaller than it was two years ago.

sandeep,

I am not one to beat a horse into the ground but it's your posts that I continue to take issue with.

I thought our differences were based on our differing views on where the market was headed, but based on your post above it runs deeper. Your opinion is yours but my posts over the years have proven your theory incorrect. And if you don't buy that, I must have been the luckiest guesser.

I am not looking to butt heads with you. But investing money should never be based on personal held beliefs. Especially when theres a possibility that those beliefs are incorrect. Remember, at one time people invested heavily in their belief that the world was flat.
