I think he went with a straight 2 1/2 year bear market forecast from his January 2001 top call to arrive at his June 2002 bottom call. One could conceivably arrive at September 2000 as the major top for the S & P 500 since most long-term moving averages peaked in September.

I got a call from MCI to switch over not 15 minutes before the news broke.

fisher went long 100% in a few hours on May 15.

that day qqq spiked to 33.7 with 204 million shares, all time high volumes and zeev yelling out of his lungs "run to the hill". ;-)
