Day for a writ of supersedeas, in the matter of Varian Medical systems, Inc., et al. v. Delfino, et al., H024214 is granted as follows: Let a writ of supersedeas issue, staying, pending this appeal, enforcement of the trial court judgment, including all contempt proceedings and related discovery enforcing the injunctive portion of the trial court judgment as well as all proceedings to enforce the damages portion of the trial court judgment.
