there's some thought going into determining when she goes back into society.
That's what worries me.

Currently we have boards that influence these determinations. We also have economic pressures, politics, and legal wranglings that result in "readiness to leave." The status quo proves that there is just cause for those who find any system of release to be worrysome. What safe gaurds would you build against premature releases?
