Not so sure the company is in trouble for some time the issue that is much more of concern is the fact that carriers did not make any money and I am not sure if by overinvesting or their basic business model.

My fear is that Congress may step in and regulate the telecommunication business which means higher internet and telephone cost for the consumer and that is VERY BAD!!

About $5 Billions, the amount of accounts payable WCOM carries on its book. The big hit is the $44 Billions in libilities they have, their assets may be overstated by a factor of 5 relative to what these assets would bring in an auction.
