Nothing has changed my analysis from the beginning of this year and the 4 year cycle low. We will be much higher into the second half of 2003 than we were at the beginning of this year. I was wrong about the levels of how low we would go, the duration and toll it has taken, and the perpetuated grind down to put in the bottom. The market is wringing out the excesses and deceit from the 90's and this is healthy for the market going forward. All the economic data I read say we will be significantly higher next year. Hope you sill have dry powder. Market is having one helluva discount sale. Best regards, J.T.
