" The solution is to hold Certified Public Accounting firms to the responsibility to Certify that they are disclosing to the Public ALL the Accounting information TO THE PUBLIC. Once that law is in place, you will be surprised how much disclosure you will get IN EVERY LITTLE one of the 3 million times a day that this comes up. Without a collapse of faith in the system of private capital generation for PUBLIC companies.
