You Mean The Rumor That The Fed Is Going To Cut Rates Another .25

Which will spike the market up once they have sucked in the shorts and scared out the longs, so that they can squeeze out the shorts and entice in new longs before the actual announcement that rates are not being changed which will send the market down.

And a good time was had by all.
