Dermocratic Congress will pass protectionist legislation and failed oil catter BUSH will veto it citing deregulation if OK with the noveau rich young Republican generation in power and Congress may override it if people get totally fed up.

Bush HIMSELF started this mess with protections on lumber and steel.
