The spread between corporates and government paper increases when investor confidence drops. Is there a good site that shows the spread? I don't think the spread has increased very much as it did during the last banking crisis. Money is available for most companies. The high yield bond market will offer debt from mostly tech related companies and large conglomerates with fuzzy balance sheets. I'm hoping that the face value for wireless companies won't evaporate as new wireless products are introduced mid summer.
