You bring up a good subject, and that is housing. Everyone asks everyone else "where did they get the money for that huge house". I read an interesting article about the housing boom and that it is really not too much different than the stock market was. The bottom line of the article is that the "pain: will come later on the expensive home buyer because the fact is they will still have to pay for it. That is if they still have that high paying job with those big bonus's and stock options!
