And we don't get any dividends while we wait. Which is different from the past when stocks paid higher dividends than savings accounts.

I think the biggest con in the bubble was pushing the idea that growing companies were too busy plowing money into their business to pay dividends. Dividends were paid by companies that were so lacking in imagination they had no use for their excess cash.

One thing that bothers me (among many) is why companies can't make profit at their current revenue rate, when they were making a lot of profit at much lesser revenue several years ago.

Anyway, I haven't sold a single share, and my friends and relatives say the same thing. I just don't know who is selling, selling selling every day. And tomorrow looks to be a doozy. Again!
