You are not accurately addressing my thrust, but rather wandering off the reservation. As to Russia, we are turning it into a "quisling" state. It will be a dependable warehouse of natural resources for us within 20 years or so. As to Pakistan, we are maintaining it as a vassal nation under hegemon domination. Trading arms for access.
