I'm frustrated too... When will the Bernie Ebbers and the Ken Lays of the world really be held accountable for their actions..?? A little jailtime is LONG OVERDUE for folks that clearly take advantage of our system and ruin major corporations along the way...JMHO. Scott@whenwillweseesomerealjustice.com BTW, we ought to be going after corporate execs that are guilty of insider trading or fraud just like we are going after Al Qaeda terrorists...I think we know who's currently doing more damage to our economic system...IMHO, its a total embarassment that Enron's former top management team isn't forced to pay back ALL illegal gains and serve some serious jail time. They are using hundreds of millions in illegal gains to hire the most expensive lawyers to defend them in a way that's not appropriate...that's clearly NOT the way our system should work.
